Privacy Policy

The short version: Sequence is built on a local-first architecture. Your video content never leaves your device. We collect only what is necessary to operate the waitlist and enterprise access program.

1. What We Collect

• Email address — when you join the waitlist or request enterprise access.
• Usage analytics — anonymized, aggregated data about which features are used. No video content is included.
• Device information — OS version, chip architecture, for compatibility purposes only.

2. What We Do NOT Collect

• Your video files or media assets
• Your editing prompts or agent instructions
• Any output rendered by the local compute engine

All video processing happens locally on your device. We have no technical access to your creative work.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your email address solely to contact you about your waitlist status, enterprise onboarding, and critical product updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

Waitlist emails are retained until you request removal or the enterprise onboarding period concludes. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@buildsequence.co.

5. Security

We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Given our local-first architecture, the attack surface for your creative content is zero — it never traverses our infrastructure.

6. Changes to This Policy

We will notify enterprise users of material changes to this policy via email with at least 14 days notice.
