Sequence is an AI-native video editing IDE that operates primarily using local compute resources on your device. Enterprise access is provided by invitation only during the beta period.

3. Beta Access

The Service is currently in beta. Features may change, be removed, or be added without notice. We make no guarantees about uptime, data persistence, or feature availability during the beta period.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sequence Labs, Inc.. You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service.

5. Prohibited Uses

• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to reverse engineer the underlying models or systems
• Reselling or redistributing access without authorization

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sequence Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
